Vanessa Young, OTR/L
Vanessa, a skilled occupational therapist, she earned her master's degree from the College of Saint Mary in 2016, following her bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2012. With a solid 7 years of clinical practice, Vanessa has gained valuable experience across various settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and home health care. In addition to her primary career, Vanessa has spent the past 6 years cultivating a secondary profession in the field of life care planning. Her expertise lies in recommending durable medical equipment and creating comprehensive medical summaries and chronologies.
Outside of her professional life, Vanessa is a devoted mother to her lively
three-year-old daughter and 18 month old son. Alongside her husband, she
enjoys renovating their family home and exploring the great outdoors with their two energetic weimaraner dogs.
