Vanessa, a skilled occupational therapist, she earned her master's degree from the College of Saint Mary in 2016, following her bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2012. With a solid 8 years of clinical practice, Vanessa has gained valuable experience across various settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and home health care. In addition to her primary career, Vanessa has spent the past 6 years cultivating a secondary profession in the field of life care planning. Her expertise lies in life care planning, case merit reviews, recommending durable medical equipment and creating comprehensive medical summaries and chronologies.
Outside of her professional life, Vanessa is a devoted mother to her lively
4 year-old daughter and 2 year old son. Alongside her husband, she enjoys renovating their family home and exploring the great outdoors with their energetic weimaraner.

Kara, our Office Administrator at Precision, holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Her positivity, organization, and multitasking abilities have made her invaluable. She manages schedules, cases, bookkeeping, and quality control, bridging team gaps and ensuring harmony. Beyond work, she enjoys family time and active pursuits, embodying our commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Emily, our Lead Quality Specialist at Precision. She has over a decade of teaching experience which allows her organizational skills and attention to detail shine through. Beyond work, she co-founded an adoption foundation and co-owns an Airbnb. Emily's encouragement and dedication make her a positive force in our community. She and her husband raise their has 4 beautiful in their spare time.
Is a condensed document consisting of the sum of all medical records. A chart is utilized and visits are placed in chronological order, creating a road map or 'cliff notes' version of the records to begin writing your report.
The first piece of a life care plan is the medical summary. It create a history that will allow you to quickly pick up a client file and get back to the record without re-reviewing all of the medical records. It is meant to be brief accurate and highlights key points to refresh your memory and inform other about the presenting case.
